Change...the only constant

Change. It is the only thing we can count on in life. But it tends to be the thing that we fear the most. What would it be like to EMBRACE the idea of change? To allow it to be something that IS rather than something we have to avoid, dread, or over anticipate. What if we accepted that change is an important part of life and gulp, a NECESSARY part of life? Buddist monk, Thich Nhat Hahn encourages us to use a posture called "willing hands" to enable our bodies and our brains to begin to embrace the difficult, the challenging. The idea is that our bodies START the change and our minds will follow. Perhaps practicing willing hands with change is a way to begin the embrace...
