How Can Therapy Help?
Understanding the Healing Process
Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or perhaps you just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. It's a chance to unpack the events, beliefs or feelings that are causing you pain and suffering. Therapy gives you an opportunity to face the challenges of life with support and fresh perspectives. Using tools such as empathy and self-compassion will help you examine the attitudes and thoughts that might be keeping you stuck. Whether you’re going through anxiety and depression, dealing with a challenging relationship, or trying to change negative thought patterns or habits, I can provide you with some new tools to help you change your thinking and your life.
